    The Wii U was hurt because of the number of launch titles (bringing the average down), and the fact that the most of the games were multiplatform. Also, they didn’t have a revolutionary like Super Mario 64 or Halo.

    Yeah. And the dreamcast took this by storm, and that ended oh so well…

    Averages are a silly thing to look at, unless you plan on getting all 29 launch games. Which would be stupid. Plenty of games in that 70%-80% range, but yes, it is lacking that one single player masterpiece. Anyway, practically every genre is represented in the launch window, so yay on that.
