Pile of rocks found inside 3DS box
December 30th, 2012 Posted in 3DS, News, Podcast Stories, Posted by BrianRather than a new 3DS, one boy from Talladega received a box full of rocks on Christmas. His mother purchased the system from Wal-Mart, but did not check the product to see if the system was inside. When the boy opened the product, he found the rocks wrapped in tissue paper.
Does this story sound familiar? Almost the same exact situation occurred in 2009 – also with Wal-Mart, but with a DS instead.

I recall an episode of Gumby where the exact same thing happened. A guy replaced all the toys at Christmas with rocks.

I guess that puts Walmart between a rock and a hard place. If I were the mom I’d leave no stone unturned to get the kid a 3DS.

I was hoping other people would join in, provide some humour to this story (you know, kill two birds with one stone).

Wow, there was another kid that got a 3DS, and it was filled with pornographic images. Can’t tell which one got the better deal.
