THQ’s franchises to be auctioned on January 22 individually

January 7th, 2013 Posted in General Nintendo, News, Posted by Valay

The latest twist in the THQ saga has resulted in a set date in which the company’s assets will be auctioned off. This will be taking place on January 22.

As previously mentioned, Warner Bros. is one of a few publishers that could get involved. You can throw EA into the mix as well, and perhaps Ubisoft, too. Different companies may choose to purchase individual THQ franchises/games.

Nintendo, buy all that you can! It can’t hurt to have more games and studios right?

Vigil Games is located in Austin, TX as well as Retro Studios. It just makes sense if Nintendo acquire the studio, right?
