[Video Feature] Eggbusters – Mario Kart 64

Another week, another glitch(es). Not quite as absurd as last week’s Twilight Princess mega-glitch, but what’re you gonna do? At least I fixed the lighting on my face! =D

“This glitch works in any mode with any player on Wario Stadium, excluding Extra Mode. On the first hill after the start of the race, the player should drive into the wall, they should be able to bounce over it.”

I would first like to say that I love the new Eggbusters videos. It brings back old memories.
Just to let you know it is possible to use the glitch in Wario Stadium to get three consecutive laps under twenty seconds. That’s right, you can finish the whole race in under twenty seconds. I did this in time trials once perfectly, it took forever. You have to implement a power grind into the wall jump to gain speed. Take a look at the video below…

Something funny about the second glitch: If you climb the wall next to the two trees past the koopa rock (you spent a little time there in the video), you can try to fall between them. If you manage to do it successfully, you’ll be stuck between them for a good 10 or so seconds before falling straight through the ground and into the water. It’s pretty funny.
Additionally, there’s a spot you can climb in Choco Mountain where at the top there’s a flat plateau. If you can get up there, once again you’ll just tumble in place for a while until lakitu comes to pick you up.
There’s another glitch involving infinite tumbling that I experienced in Choco Mountain. I jumped at the wall as I crossed the finish line after the final lap and just started tumbling on the ground. I was never able to replicate it though.

@Shade:
That’s actually what I was trying to do on Koopa Troopa Beach when I discovered you can traverse that wall as well! Figured that was more pertinent to the video, so I took out the doing of the two-tree glitch and left in more stuff about climbing the walls.
The two Choco Mountain glitches: I’ll add them to the list! Good to hear that I’m not the only one with an interest in these sorts of things.

Haha, that’s the BEST party trick ever.
