SEGA not talking about Mario & Sonic outside of Olympic Games genre

I know a lot of you guys would love to see Mario & Sonic team up in something other than the Olympics. Is there any particular genre any of you would like to see the two take part in together?

I want to see a mario and Sonic Game were each character crosses into each others world. So a 2d platformer with a cool story of worlds colliding. Mario’s world vs. Sonics world could be a sweet concept.
