New multiplayer details for The Conduit

More details on The Conduit’s multiplayer functionality have been revealed, including why the development team shortened the number of players online from 16 to 12.

- Changed from 16 players online to 12 for better balance/gamer performance
- Free for All – fast match, finishes when a player reaches specified kill count
- Marathon – Have the highest kill count at the end of the specified time limit
- Three Strikes – Only have 3 lives to play with
- Last Man Standing – Be the last player to survive
- ASE Football – Tag game – Player who holds on to ASE for the longest time is the winner
- Bounty Hunter – Players go after specified player, if you hit an incorrect player you receive a penalty
- Team Reaper – Quick Match/Marathon, Shared Stock as well – Have additional lives from a pool
- Team Objective – CTF mode with ASE – Teams need to obtain own ASE
- Another mode requires teams to obtain one ASE – team that takes in the most in specified time limit wins
- WiiSpeak support reconfirmed
- Can only hear players that are closest – will hear 6 players are the most while battling

    man, nintendo’s online server isn’t all that strong. they had to decreased from 16 players to 12, and you can only talk to 6 people who are closest to you. oh well, im still picking it up on day one. so the sega event…is it still going on or was it just a one night thing? i was hoping they will try to reboot up the game today since the server crashed yesterday. i want some online hands on!

    this game does look seriously good man.!! sega are going to smack that b****** up soo hard. Have you sver seen anything like it on wii? i think it wll , in its own way, be the best shooter ever. at least for controlls and fun, They have same controll as metroid prime corruption, omg i cant w8. the problem is i have a list of 10 ps3 games i want this year, and theres only this and okami (when it gets to 20 quid!) i want for wii!!! sort it out nintendo, and have u sent he new punch out, its gonna be weak i tell u, . wasnt even impressed with mario kart wii, they could do more.. they could also release mario kart 2, theres enough tracks to go around . espesh’ if thy dont mind rehashing up old ones..which they dont’. they would never release mk2, cos they would loose money from ppl who are forced to buy the origional. if u see what i mean. so the loyal fans get no new material untill ninty think the sales have gon past the steep rise, decline, leveling off and final drop off cycle that all products go through. basturd nintendo. love sony. just there a bit slow. nintendo have , in mi opinion really show them selves up in the last few years, by expoliting, and jus being plain nasty about there business. have got to the top in a nasty way, not good example of leadership …for the youngan’s to follow isit’

    Truly, wordpress has come a long way not just for blogs but for websites as well.| Hey, I am in the process of designing a company website using wordpress. I was wondering how you find these non blog websites that use CMS? I would love to see more and see the capabilities of WordPress for inspiration.| Love the Web site and the article is great, some awesome choices for WEb sites! | ?Go with a PRO and make sure you get the best customer service out of that agency or freelancer.? | I absolutely love seeing new ways that WordPress can be used as the CMS it is.
