Modern Warfare 2 on Wii may be possible after all
August 20th, 2009 Posted in News, Posted by Valay, WiiThere’s no hiding the fact that Activision is bringing a two year old Call of Duty game to Wii. However, there is apparently still a chance that Modern Warfare 2 could hit Nintendo’s console. Speaking at GamesCom, Activision stated that, if there are positive sales for Call of Duty 4, then a Wii version of Modern Warfare 2 may happen.
You may remember that Activision’s last Call of Duty game (World at War), started off slow in the market but has picked up since then and has gone on to sell rather well. The only question is, will Wii owners have to wait until November 2011 to play Modern Warfare 2 if Call of Duty 4 performs decently?

So the million strong WaW and the ambition to create the best selling game ever still isnt enough to release MW2 on Wii.

Hell yeah!!! If we have to wait two years thats fine with me because next year we get COD Vietnam from Treyarch. Whoo hooo. Now its time wii owners to pick COD 4 when it comes out so we can get the sequel.

trolling the wii didnt think a out of touch 3rd party would do that
oh i forgot all 3rd partys do it….there basically gimping us into not getting future support by taking the dam piiss out of us
why wait 2 years for cod moddern warfair then get told your still not garanteed to get the other new versions ether
yet cod ans guitar herpoes sell very well on wii
this is just more trolling and b-s-ing aimed at nintendo

pfft… the Wii is for sucky little amusement games like Wii Bowling and such… keep decent games like MW2 away from it!
