Famitsu reveals Okamiden – New Okami game
September 1st, 2009 Posted in DS, News, Posted by ValayThe mystery of Okamiden began a few days ago when a trademark was discovered. The name, which was filed by Capcom, hinted that a sequel to Okami would be on the way.
Now Famitsu has provided a full blow out of Okamiden and it looks as though all of the rumors about an Okami sequel were correct. However, the series is now finding a new home on the DS. Details are scarce right now, but the game is scheduled for release in 2010.

Wow; I think now’s the right time for an Okami sequel! Good job Capcom; keeping yourselves so secretive; & surprising us like this! I think a DS sequel will be fantastic; for it might be a new direction other than on consoles… granted I did also want a direct sequel on the Wii!

Okami is one of my favorite PS2 games and I have a feeling that just like they f***** up Resident Evil after the creator left Capcom, they are gonna f*** this up due to the absence Hideki Kamiya.
