Nintendo of Australia won’t transfer DSiWare games for new system colors
September 29th, 2009 Posted in DS, News, Posted by ValayConsider the following scenario: You purchased a DSi on launch day. Then you bought a new DSi because it featured your favorite color. Now here’s the problem: You downloaded a bunch of DSiWare titles on your original system, but because of the most recent DSi you purchased, you are interested in playing those games on the new DSi.
Unfortunately, Nintendo of Australia is not willing to transfer titles between handhelds. The only way the request can be fulfilled is if a broken DSi is involved. You would also need to send in both systems. There’s no word yet if Nintendo of America and Europe maintain the same policy, although it’s more than likely that those Nintendo divisions would operate in a similar fashion.

It is big dream fulfillment of Australians that they easily gate them own loving Nintendo system in favorite color, with bunch of more games downloading. I hope those guys enjoy this.
