While the numbers are rounded estimates, the fact that New Super Mario Bros. Wii has broken the two million sale mark is impressive. It has already passed the lifetime Japanese sales of Mario Kart Wii and is poised to pass Wii Play by next week if it continues to sell over 200K. Final Fantasy XIII dropped in its second week more than I predicted, as it sold about 89% less from its amazing debut. Since the franchise is known to be front-loaded, it will drop even more next week. Unless sales pick up, in a matter of a few weeks, it will drop out of the Top 10 software list.
