The Last Story trademarked in the states as well

The Last Story now has been trademarked in three territories – Japan, Europe, and the United States. The common consensus seems to be that The Last Story is actually Last Window and the trademarks may point to a global release of the game. I know some of you would be very happy about that!

I reckon The Last Story is something different.

Gavin:Last Window is the sequel to the DS game Hotel Dusk:Room 215(called Wish Room in Japan) made by CING.
Possible that this still could be something different but it would make sense for Last Window to be called Last Story outside of JP.
