These Zelda Wii images are almost certainly fake

Update: As expected, the screenshots are indeed fake (thanks Caelum!). Case closed!

Please know that I think the screenshots below are fake. I don’t want to mislead anyone into thinking that the images are real or that they even have a strong possibility of being real. I just don’t think it’s likely that they are real. With that said, before I get flooded with emails about this, I thought I might as well share the shots with you guys. The images have been popping up on numerous forums, but just make sure you don’t take the images too seriously!

    A guy on ZeldaUniverse admitted to making them and showed the source images, so these are most definitely fakes. Even so, seeing them gets me excited!

    They could be real.

    Reasons:

    It’s a Panasonic TV. Nintendo use Panasonic TV’s alot. The graphics appear to be cel shaded like Wind Waker, but have more realistic character models similar to Twilight Princess. The character with the Hylian Shield doesn’t appear to be Link. Since what that Bozon guy from IGN said, people have been assuming he knows that Link isn’t the, or the only, playable character.

    Very instersting.

    Shame the subtitle is magically invisible though.

    EDIT – Oh okay, well if they’re fake, I guess that’s cool, as I’m expecting much better visuals than these.

    I saw this earlier they shouldn’t toy with my heart lol…But yep fakes look at those stupid looking items looks like they were drawn by an amateur and I really think Nintendo would let this be reveled so easily.

    I believe these are fake!!!We speak about nintendo,not sony or microsoft… Nintendo wouldn’t act like this!!!
