Angry Video Game Nerd: It’s an unholy abomination that begs for apocalypse. I mean, just look at it. What this is good for is dialing space aliens, intergalactic astro-bastards…
Tell me about it…especially, when you use the Move virtually the same way as the Wii remote. How is the Move any different the the Wii remote? It has a lame camera watching you, that’s what’s different. They rip off Nintendo, then make it sound like they innovated it….and years back, they said the Wii controller wasn’t innovative and Nintendo didn’t take risks.
Excuse my language but…Sony is just a bunch of assholes! If anything they should be thanking Nintendo for taking the motion control path, and giving them the technology to rip-off in the first place.
i have no qualms about the ad. it’s a good marketing move, but the material he’s promoting is a different story. sony got no innovation, but they’ve got balls.
Cheap shots, not really true, but vaguely funny. It’s obvious Sony is desperate, though, and they have every right to be. Will this convince the casual, though? I doubt it.
And it is a bit of a low blow when you realise they thanked Nintendo just a few days ago for opening up the market.
Guys, I’m just a big Nintenerd as anyone, but how can you deny that he’s funny? xD Great marketing move. I haven’t been able to stand Sony this generation, and it kinda makes me wanna buy a PS3 lol.
Oh lol^^ He´s really funny! Don´t know but i like this ad. Oh and by the way, don´t you see that it´s that special time of year again? You know like when fanboys cry, HDfools jerk it off and Guys like me just post stupid stuff on commentsections? Yeah that´s the time when a stolen CD Addon for the SNES gets even more stolen stuff from the company that will allways be the best Yeah Sony is eating the shit that Nintendo drops out of their moneyasses and we all know that Sony will fail one day and when that day comes Nintendo will still be as cool as usual because they knew it all the time…otherwise they wouldn´t have left the CD Addon in Sonys hands
sony didnt steal the motion controller idea from nintendo. check the link above which is a video of DR richard marks demoing an early version of the PS WAND ( move ) which was years before the nintendo wii was announced .
Yeah I think we all know Nintendo wasn’t the first to do motion controls.Buuuuut do you really think if Nintendo didn’t do it and found huge success that Sony would take a risk with an unknown market (at the time) that they didn’t know whether if they could sell it too.Plus come it’s a remote a freaking remote that’s a blatant ripoff in anyones eyes lol
But I do admit it was funny, the ad.This dude made the new PS3 commercials fun to watch and this one was real funny lol.But whether or not this sells or don’t.it’s still a “Wii Remote” ripoff………and shame on you Sony.Stop stealing from poor Ninty lol
Wasn’t Nintendo the first one who made motion controls? Look back at 1900, they made Power Glove. That was released 1989, many years before. So, I’m pretty sure that Nintendo made motion controlls first.
Why are Sony even doing motion controls? Why aren’t they continuing with the eye toy? The Sony’s wand looks like the Wii remote and nunchuck, pure copy.

not funny, kinda pathetic, but hey, this guy is obviously Nintendo’s butler and slave.

Great ad. It’s sad to see that there are mostly only fanboys commenting instead of people with open minds.

I’m not gonna lie, Sony has a really good marketing campaign with this guy here. He’s a great advertising personality, and will definitely move units.

OK. That was hilarious.
Still though, it did seem quite distasteful. Companies should respect each other, not throw cheap insults.
Still funny.
