The possibilities of Luigi participating in Brawl are becoming a bit slimmer with this bit of news. One of Mario’s costume changes if the ability to turn green – so, does this mean Luigi may be out of Brawl? As of now, Luigi has not been a confirmed character, and the addition of this news doesn’t seem to promising.
