Animal Crossing: City Folk – DS to Wii character comparison

November 6th, 2008 Posted in DS, News, Posted by Valay, Wii

The characters look pretty identical to me! But remember: None of your bells from the DS version of the game will transfer over. Which, sadly, means that you will have to work for Tom Nook…Again.

I’m glad about the no bells part. I hate all the money I have in WW.

So what if they look the same?! :P

I think we were all assuming that it wouldn’t look like a handheld game. Oh well. I’m still buying it and likely to get addicted again.

When will Animal Crossing: City Folk be available on the Nintendo DS?

City Folk will only be releasing on the Wii, actually. :P

Animal Crossing: Wild World is the DS game.

Yea, the “no-bell-transfer” really really sucks. In fact, I actualy am not gonna buy the game, even though it is addicting and I do like it alot, just because of that!
On my DS, I have 9,000,000 bells, the biggest house, unlocked everything, all gold tools, a SICKly cool house, with rare furniture, and all earned manually, WITHOUT cheats, or Action Replay! It took me FOREVER, and there is no way, I’ll ever ever restart everything, so if I can’t transfer all my hard work, and buying the Wii version means restarting, then I’m not gonna waste my time buying it! =(
