Rumor: Dragon Quest X releasing next year
April 29th, 2011 Posted in Posted by Brian, Rumors, WiiLast month, Yuji Horii told Nintendo Power that the Dragon Quest X development team is finishing the last parts of the game. He also said that an announcement about the title can be expected later this year.
Although Square Enix still isn’t saying much about the project, apparently series composer Koichi Sugiyama told fans at a concert event early today that Dragon Quest X will be released next year. That information hasn’t been confirmed just yet, so hopefully the announcement that Horii promised will come sooner rather than later.

Man, I can’t wait for Dragon Quest X! If SE is really serious about marketing the series in the west, then I would LOVE to see a trailer at E3. But it probably won’t happen, though. In any case, I just wonder if the game will still be a Wii exclusive, or if it might even possibly have a Cafe port!

Was happy when this game was anounced…. but its taking way to long to bring out and we never seen a single screenshot which by now is a little rediculous. And if it was almost done why wait till next year? They really better show this title at E3 this year, there is no excuse at this point not to. This is the type of core game Wii needs right now.

More like this is the type of content the Wii has always needed. And now that we’re getting a new console, somehow this being on the Wii doesn’t sound that exciting anymore.

They took way to long with this title thats why… if SE had at least put Kingdom Hearts 3 on Wii it wouldnt have been so bad…..
