Rumor: Monster Hunter 3 could go multiplatform
December 9th, 2008 Posted in Posted by Valay, Rumors, WiiWhen Monster Hunter 3 was revealed to the public, most were shocked that the game would appear on a Nintendo system. Rather than releasing on the PS3, Capcom had decided to go with the Wii to release the game. However, if the latest rumor is true, Monster Hunter 3 might not be a Wii exclusive after all.
A rough translation of a blurb from a foreign gaming magazine is as follows: “The decision of Monster Hunter 3’s Wii-exclusivity is not yet final.” This bit of information comes from a Capcom representative. The thing is, as was mentioned, the line from the representative is a rough translation. Moreover, we can’t be 100% sure that this rumor is true until Capcom officially confirms/denies the rumor.

Anti_capcomsony – are you mentally retarded???
Sony have a STRICT policy of NOT – PAYING – FOR – EXCLUSIVES (Or in this case, multiplatform titles). That just goes to show that you know absolutely NOTHING about the videogame industry!!!
If Capcom made the decision, they made it by themselves (It’s the smartest one too, seeing as how Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G dominated the PSP sales charts in Japan).
Next time do your research on the game industry before spouting out ridiculous garbage like that, Nintendo were the ones who were more likely to have paid Capcom for this game (Because let’s face it, the Wii needs all the help it can get as far as decent games are concerned).
