Fan-pleasing Wii reveals from Konami, EA on the way?
December 12th, 2008 Posted in News, Posted by Valay, WiiEven though 2009 is already shaping up to be an impressive year as far as the Wii goes, gamers might be able to look forward to more than originally expected. Hidden within a recent IGN article is a brief mention of Konami and EA. It is explained that both companies have IPs for the Wii that fans will be ecstatic about when they are announced.
“Wii owners can look forward to some exciting announcements from third-parties like Electronic Arts, Konami and Ubisoft. We know of at least two major EA and Konami IPs that Wii fans are going to flip over when they become official…”
From Konami, perhaps the Wii will see the release of another Castlevania game. Anyone out there have a guess for either company?

No idea which IP that EA might have in mind. Konami on the other hand, oh my… A Metal Gear game for the Wii? Remake of the original “Metal Gear 1 and/or 2″ re-release of MGS 2&3? 2D Castlevania for wii-ware or even a full 2.5D castlevania game alltogheter? Guess only time will tell.

Maybe thats what the whole “A next Metal Gear is…” thing meant or maybe a GOOD 3-D CasteVania, I like nostalgic 2-D games as much as the next guy but I think every series should evolve to 3-D eventually, thats why I was so exited for Judgment. And EA…
well i just don’t care what EA does until I see it, and if its good, maybe a Dead Space port I mean it took them months to port Rock Band 1 & 2 for Wii but I hope they take RB2 as an example and don’t strip out all the good stuff
