Rosalina will be in Mario Kart 7

Rosalina will most definitely be returning as a playable character in Mario Kart 7, as the image above shows. This marks her second appearance in a Mario Kart game. She made her debut in the last title in the series, Mario Kart Wii.

I recalled during the 3DS Conference last month that I saw Rosalina in the brief footage of Mario Kart 7. She is there, and I expect her to be a unlockable character in that game as she was in Mario Kart Wii.
