No online co-op for Monster Hunter Tri G

Capcom’s online page confirms that the title will only feature local co-op. Regarding Internet connectivity, players will be able to download new quests, presumably through SpotPass.

This sucks, I only really wanted it for the online. Chances of me getting this now is slim.

I was going to get this too….now I probably wont…my first monster hunter was tri and the online was my favorite part:(

After hearing this, what I want most right now is a statement from Capcom giving a viable reason why they cannot, or will not, be adding online multiplayer. I strongly believe that the 3DS is more than capable of handling it.

I think I’m one of the probably three people worldwide who don’t really care about on-line multiplay. The best fun on MH really is the local multi. That being said I still think this is a really dumb move on capcom’s side.
