Another 3DS presentation taking place on Friday
October 19th, 2011 Posted in 3DS, News, Posted by ValayNintendo will be providing a second major 3DS presentation in about the span of a month on Friday. The company updated its website today with a message from president Satoru Iwata who shared the news. Take about short notice!
Iwata promises to deliver news that wasn’t shared during the “3DS Conference 2011″ held last month through a pre-recorded presentation. So, I suppose that this actually isn’t a conference.
Once again, the proceedings will be live-streamed on UStream.
Expect details on the new 3DS firmware update and Mario Kart 7. Perhaps we’ll also find out when the GBA Ambassador games will arrive (and what the full lineup consists of). Nintendo could always sneak in some new Skyward Sword footage, too.
You can find an official site for the conference here. Be sure to tune in at 7 AM EDT on Friday.

This is good news, but I had to wonder why Nintendo made the presentation pre-recorded according to Andriasang. 20:00 (8 p.m.) Japan Time would make it 4 a.m. where I live in the West Coast, so I would have to wake up early in the morning to watch the presentation.
