Artoon tidbits: Cancelled third-person shooter, new adventure game
January 2nd, 2012 Posted in General Nintendo, News, Posted by ValayArtoon was swallowed up by AQ Interactive in 2010. Prior to this, however, the company was apparently creating a third-person shooter. An ex-staffer listed the mystery project on his LinkedIn profile, which states that it was being made for an unspecified system between December 2006 and February 2008.
This wasn’t the only bit of information included on this person’s CV. He’s now involved with an unannounced adventure game that has been in development since 2009. Although production was halted so that Artoon could finish Club Penguin Game Day, it is still in the works and could be published by Marvelous AQL sometime down the road.

Imagine working on something for a year and a half, just for it to be cancelled. That would suck.
