Typoman is due out on the Wii U eShop next week, and the game’s launch trailer has come in. We’ve posted it below.

In a Nintendo Direct recap announcement sent out by Nintendo UK earlier today, the company touched on the upcoming broadcast for Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS – though just briefly. It’s stated that this presentation will be the “last one” for the two games. We’ve seen a number of Smash Bros. video events since the initial unveiling, but it looks like things are finally starting to come to a close.

Today, Atlus shared the main visual for Shin Megami Tensei IV Final. This will be used on the final boxart. Included in the boxart are the new protagonist, the demon Daguza that revives him in the underworld and turns him into a “god killer”, and the protagonist from Shin Megami Tensei IV.

Back in 2013, 5Ants and Angry Birds developer Rovio worked together to release the point and click adventure game Tiny Thief. Over two years later, it’s out on Wii U.

Those who are located in Japan can pick up this title from the eShop for 800 yen. For now, it’s unclear if/when the game will be available in the west. You can see Tiny Thief in action below.

A few weeks back, a listing on the European Wii U eShop stated that Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival would only be offered at retail. A similar entry has now appeared on the North American store.

That’s right – the only way to obtain amiibo Festival is by purchasing the bundle. Given what we heard for Europe previously, that isn’t too shocking. It’s also not surprising based on what we heard earlier this week about the non-existent free digital version.

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks launched on the European Wii U Virtual Console today. Watch their trailers below.

Splatoon’s latest Japanese Splatfest has been scheduled for next weekend. The event will begin on November 22 at 12 PM, and will last for a full day.

Nintendo is partnering with Saga-Gyu on the Splatfest. In it, players are asked what they prefer to eat: mountain or seafood.
