Chess Ultra receives new free and paid DLC

Ripstone is updating Chess Ultra on Switch with a new wave of DLC. Players will find one piece of free content as well as some paid sets and packs.
The Pantheon Game Pack, Imperial Chess Set, and Easter Island Chess Set are all available now. The Academy Game Pack will be arriving February with more DLC to follow in 2018.

Easter Island Chess Set: The Easter Island chess set is inspired by the mysterious Moai of Easter Island, Polynesia. These head-like, monolithic chess pieces have been beautifully crafted, bringing the Moai not only to life – but to the chess board. The Easter Island chess set launched today for FREE.
Pantheon Game Pack: Drawing inspiration from the Pantheon in Rome, this pack features a stunningly detailed temple where Imperial Roman soldiers clash on a stone checkerboard. This pack contains both a chess set & an environment; these can be used separately and paired with all other sets and environments in game. The Pantheon Game Pack is priced at £4.99 / $5.99 / €5.99 and is out now.
