We need a thread for this game! Yes, it's Monolith Soft's first Wii U project.

Some people say it looks like Xenoblade. Some people say it's actually a sequel. Some people say the dude at the end looks like Shulk.

All I know is that I want it!

It's not a remake of the Japan-only Game Boy game of the same name so I'm not interested.

Actually it looks really cool and will probably convince me to get a Wii U at some point and also X got a DSiWare remake anyway

It looks too much like Xenoblade to be a coincedence. Plus, the name is a bit suspicious. Whatever it is anyway, it's gonna be good!

I haven't played Xenoblade yet so I'm not really sure what to feel about this. But hopefully it is great!

Looks great! I still need to play Xenoblade, so Ill play that while I wait for this.

From a visual standpoint, it looks like high-end linear games from the current generation...only open world. Very nice texture resolution, great draw distance. Nothing that really screams "next-gen", but man does it look good. I only hope there will be more colorful environments evocative of Xenoblade...the color saturation is erring a little too close to the likes of Gears of War for my tastes. No matter.

I can't wait to see more, whether it be Xenoblade 2 or a new Xeno game in general.

Yeah, the draw distance of the preview is pretty insane and this is like an alpha build (?). I only noticed the grass pop-ins when I watched it on a larger screen. Also, it seems like this will be an online game, I hope Nintendo trashes the region-locking this time.
