For a western release would you want them to get American voice actors or stick with the English ones? It took me a while but I got use to the English ones and would like them to continue to employ them.

The games looks pretty amazing if I'm honest, definitely one of the ones I'm more excited for. As for the voice actors, I loved the English voice actors in Xenoblade and especially The Last Story, so if this follows that style I'll be happy.

I haven't actually played Xenoblade but I played The Last Story, and the English voices fitted nicely so it'd be good to keep using them ^_^

i have to agree. the english dub in xenoblade was superb! it was a nice change from a lot of the mediocre american dubbing ive come to expect (ie star ocean the last hope)

English accents and Japanese looking characters just don't mix in my head.

Yeah that's what I mean. I'm just used to English accents being tailored to one specific character to accentuate a certain quality about them. Hearing every character speak like that makes it less special I guess.

I know what you mean, it's pretty unusual for English accents to be used that heavily in a game/anime. Normally an English accent is used in dubbing to highlight someone odd or quirky :P In the Last Story it just seems to work though. I think it's the atmosphere and the enviroment the game's set in (the game could easily be set in ye olde England or something)

Xenoblade Chronicles stands up to me as one of the Wii's most polished titles and probably the best JRPG ever made. The story was surprisingly solid for the genre (even after localisation), the soundtrack is top notch, the world is HUGE and the gameplay was really well done; all 7 characters in that game played differently while remaining reasonably balanced. What makes the title really amazing for me though is that even with the graphical eyesores that came about because of the wii hardware limitations, the world remained immersive and breathtaking from start to finish.

With those hardware drawbacks now gone with the Wii U, it leaves me pretty giddy to think of what monolith are going to do next. From what we've seen it's looking to be somewhat similar to Xenoblade (which is a VERY good thing), so even if it was an HD makeover of everything Chronicles had to over, that would be fine by me.
