Favorite Zelda Item

I was reading about the boomerang being left out of SS and I think to myself, man the boomerang is my favorite weapon in a Zelda game.

So whats your favorite?

Actually, my favorite item in a Zelda game is by far the bottle. Weird, right?

I agree(not that Its weird, about it being a good item), so much strategy involved in such a simple item.

I'm honestly not sure what my favorite item is since I've liked them all more or less. The spinner from Twilight Princess might be my "top" choice, though. That thing was pretty awesome...

I would have liked the Spinner more had I gotten to use it more often. When I did use it, it was amazing. Items like the Dominion Rod and Spinner were very unique but underused. Same for the Sand Wand in ST.

Speaking of which, the Sand Wand is my favorite new item. I have trouble figuring out my favorite item of all time, but the Sand Wand was definitely unique. I led to some interesting puzzles and a great boss fight. I hope to see something like it in the future.

For 2d Zelda, I'd go with Roc's Cape. If I remember correctly, it helps you jump. Also, the gust jar makes a runner up. :p
For 3d Zelda, definitely, it's the double clawshot. The first time I saw it, I was awe-struck. Glad it was included in SS.

My favourite Zelda item would be the Spinner, from Twilight Princess. It sucks that it wasn't used much at all, but I just loved it so much, I can't ignore it.

The bottle is, in fact, a weapon. It can destroy many creatures, merely by capturing them within its confines.

I always liked the ladder from the original Zelda... and the raft. Those were the items that first made me think, "Hmmmm, I wonder where Link puts all this stuff" when I was growing up in the 1980s.

Yes, the ladder was awesome, it helped so much! The raft was useful in certain situations, but it wasn't all that amazing an item in my opinion.

Since the last time I replied to this thread Skyward Sword wasn't out yet... I think the beetle is probably my favourite zelda item now.

I like the ALttP "medallions", the ones that let you use some cool magic attacks. I want the "magic bar" back!
