NintendoEverything’s Book Club (for Video Games!) - Game #1

=) Abuse of Mod Powers =) Console Classics might not technically be piracy, but it's a totally scummy system that does absolutely nothing to compensate the companies they "borrow" games from. The fact that they charge people to access these games should be illegal.

If you want to play Super Mario RPG via emulation, then that's fine. It's not like it's available on the Wii U or 3DS yet. Heck, I'll probably do it out of convenience even though I already own the game on the Virtual Console, just don't talk about it here and definitely don't link to ROMs

@Melatelo: If you are still looking to participate, you can always purchase the game via the Wii Shop Channel inside "Wii" mode in the Wii U. That's how I plan on getting it. :]

@SKrumie: Gotta side with Patrick on this. You should do what you want and play games how you want to, but please don't openly link to ROMs on NintendoEverything!

Okay, I'm in. How long do we have to meet the set goals?

@SKrumrie: Hmm... I don't know! If you have the means to get it through Virtual Console, we'd encourage you to do that so the developers get some money for their work. If you have no other options, do whatever you've got to. :]

@Melatelo: :P

@Tiggy: Check the post I'm about to put up-- it should clear up anything you're confused about. I'll also update the FAQ in a minute.

I agree. If a game is available on VC I will buy it there. Mostly because I'd rather play it with my classic controller than the crappy PC controller I have though.
