That's binary code, but even more, it's actually ascii code (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII#ASCI ... characters ) and you can check the correspondance binary (or decimal) to text to see what is written.
Did you know that around 2008, the company Rainmaker (formerly Mainframe Entertainment Inc.) was planning to do a ReBoot movie? However, it seems they wanted to change the characters model and I'm not sure how I would feel about that.

I actually didn't know there was going to be a movie. I don't really like the new character model either. Less nostrils and more metallic dreadlocks please. But I guess after like 4 years, it's stuck in development hell. Like the Cowboy Bebop movie :(
