I just thought of making a thread where you could post your frustrations/rants from everyday life. Then if you want you could explain why, so that other members might be able to give you some advise. It could be just about anything under the sun. Just keep in my mind, no namedropping. It'll be bad if someone you personally know reads this thread. XD

First, I'm very frustrated with the current gas prices. Why? It just keeps going up! Damn oil companies, they reek of corporate greed. Why can't they regulate their prices? Freakin' companies monopolizing fuel and sh*t. Its like current DLCs, its gone out of control (check my other thread). When you ask them the reason for the price hike, they'll answer the same old sh*t. WTF? If this goes on, I think I'd join some activist friends for their rallies. :/

Aww, that sucks man. Is the girl trying to lead you on? I say go for it. But if she's leading you on and she has a boyfriend, then that's just messed up. There are plenty of other women out there, you just have to have the confidence to meet them.

Oh let me add that playing Homefront doesn't help with my anger towards the current state of gas pricing. *Spoiler* 80% of the damn game revolves around the player intercepting a gas tanker and escorting it to base *End spoiler*. Stupid game. THQ pour your budget over other developers (developers of Darksiders, Metro, and Stalker). >:(

Working 9 hours and listening to bittching constantly about homework, us not going out and doing as much stuff cause I work alot, us not being as cute as we used to be, being accused of cheating, my "spending" habits, prom coming up.

I've actually had a great day yesterday but am starting to notice more and more I'm used to the pace of the internet, so when you suddenly realise most people didn't grow up on a constant stream of novelty, sarcasm and puns it can be annoying communicating with them. And I hate how the older generation can dismiss video games altogether (talking about my cousin's parents now), how would they enjoy it if I dismiss something they're passionate about altogether? It's just bad manners. In that general category: I really do try to muster some interest in what others are saying, but god, when your life is that boring how do you not turn a fantasy world? How people can discuss next to nothing for a couple of hours is beyond me.

I was going to make a general "world view" thread but I think I might just end up posting it here.

chavs have been around a lot longer =/ I lived in the UK, so I saw them in the flesh, but we don't really have them here in the Netherlands. We do have "human beings" similar to guidos though.

You know what grinds my gears? Well, not much. The way people in general are has made the world the way it is. Like the internet for instance: Give a man a mask and he'll show you his true self. Anonimity is a great thing but it really shows just how f***** up people in general are. It's been like that since.. well always, so it'll stay that way always. The only thing we can do about it is not conform to this tyranny of normality.

That's what doesn't grind my gears.

Another thing that grinds my gears, overly religious people. I think religion is great, people found a lifestyle that works for them but when you try to impose it on others and you get so obsessed with it that you let it dictate what you do regardless of whether it seems wrong, you've taken it too far.

Shirley Phelps is an example of how disgusting and disturbing an overly religious person can be. She's made tons of websites called God Hates Fags, God Hates Switzerland, and pretty much everything else and she also protests at peoples' funerals. George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) tries to debate with her in an interview but she's just so hard headed, you wanna put your shoe through the screen.

Haha, it's quite entertaining, that interview. And frustrating, of course. No amount of yelling can ever do what religion has done to her.

It's annoying because basically the Westboro Church are trolls of the biggest category, about the most annoying things. As such, the best thing is just to ignore them. But obviously they shouldn't be allowed at funerals and all that.
