Renegade Kid making second eShop title, Dementium III unlikely for 3DS, Moon 2 for Wii U “would be sweet”, more

Renegade Kid’s Jools Watsham has provided updates on a variety of topics.

First, Watsham was asked how many long it’ll take to complete Mutant Mudds:

“First-time players will probably need about 8 hours to complete the game. Once you know what you’re doing, you’re looking at around 3 – 4 hours to complete each of the 40 levels.”

He then went on to discuss what lies ahead for the studio once Mutant Mudds is finished. It has been revealed that Renegade Kid is making a second eShop title and would be willing to make a Mutant Mudds sequel:

“We already have a new smaller-scoped title in development for the eShop. A sequel to Mutant Mudds would be great, if the first game sells well enough. And we would love to revisit the first-person shooter genre in the future too.”

Could we see a third Dementium game on the 3DS? It doesn’t sound too likely…

“I don’t know if a third installment of Dementium will ever land on the 3DS. If we ever did develop Dementium III, we would like to tie up all of the loose ends in regards to the story, William, and the Doctor. I think that is what fans of the series need.”

Lastly, Watsham was asked if Moon 2 could appear on Wii U:

“Oh man, that would be sweet. We’ll have to wait and see.”

Thanks to John for the tip!
