When Bear Box Media announced Scribble last month, we knew that the title would be arriving soon. Now a date has been shared, but only in Europe. Scribble will be out on the European Wii U eShop beginning December 15.

The eShop listing is as follows:

While not confirmed, Scribble will likely be appearing in North America around the same time.

Bear Box Media has announced Scribble, a Pictionary-inspired game for the Wii U eShop. It’s targeted for release before the holidays at a $4 / €4 / £3 price point.

Here’s a rundown of Scribble, straight from the developer:

It comes with over 1500 words from 17 categories, such as Objects, Places and People, and of course the customary “Difficult” category. However, it also includes an “Easy mode” category, customised specifically for children, meaning kids can play alongside adults and still take part in both drawing and guessing.

Scribble includes 5 unique modes for up to 8 players: Versus mode (all against all), Teams (Red VS Blue, team sizes 2-6), Elimination (Players take turns drawing until someone fails to guess their picture, at which point they are eliminated from the game (but can still guess other pictures)), Barricade (Blockbusters inspired mode, in which teams try to reach the opposite side of a board from their starting point) and Tug’O’Draw (A team game, but everyone guesses. Whichever team guesses scores the point, and the other team loses one. First to reach 10 points, wins.)

Bear Box Media just confirmed last week that U Host would be available in March. According to a listing on the eShop, the game is due out in Europe on March 3. Pricing is set at €9.99.

U Host was announced for Wii U back in 2014. Bear Box Media has continued to work on the game since then, as the trailer below shows. We should be seeing U Host on the eShop sometime in March.

Bear Box Media has a couple of new Wii U eShop games in the works. The first is StarLight, which was revealed at the end of April.

Bear Box shared an update on the project with Pure Nintendo, with the studio’s Andy Ford stating:

Although designed to be addictive… StarLight is hard… very hard. It’s composed of 75 standard levels, 5 secret levels, and 3 modes to choose from. Pure, Easier, and Hardcore. Pure is the way the game was designed to be played. It’s all about reactions and timing. Once players complete Pure Mode, they unlock Mirror mode. Each level has been carefully designed to create an entirely different puzzle both forwards and backwards, so in this mode you effectively have 150 levels to work your way through.StarLight gameplay 2There’s no mirror mode for easier players. Hardcore is the tough one. As soon as a player collides with a single barrier, they must start all over again… from the very beginning. It’s a pretty big challenge, so we felt it deserved a worthwhile reward. We’ll be running a competition from the game’s launch stating that the first player to post an image of the final screen of Hardcore mode on Miiverse will win $100 worth of eShop vouchers. The highest I’ve personally been able to get in this mode is level 56… So it’ll be interesting to see who manages it first.

You may recall that along with StarLight, Bear Box is also working on UHost. The original plan was to have it out towards the end of last year, but the team is now targeting Q4 2015.

Here’s the latest from Ford:

Regarding UHost, our original plan was to release the game in Q4 of 2014 at a low price, and then increase the price each time an update was created, bringing in new content. This would have been great, but unfortunately we missed our window. It was then decided that the additional content would be added to the game, aiming for a release this year, Q4. It’s given us time to add in some great new mini-games, even more questions, and a lot of extra polish.

Bear Box Media’s next project for Wii U is called “StarLight”. It’s a “reaction-based, physics puzzle game in which players guide a star through over 75 levels in 3 different environments.” Players will need to grapple/repel off of surfaces and pivot points in levels in order to avoid colliding with edges.

Here’s a rundown of StarLight’s features:

• Over 75 levels
• Mirror Mode
• 3 Difficulty Modes
• Record and watch back every level
• 10 Great music tracks
• 10 Unlockable Achievements
• 5 Secret Levels
• Supports multiple controllers
• Play the whole game with or without the TV
• Owners of Internal Invasion save 20%

StarLight will be available this quarter. First screenshots can be found below.
