IT’S PARTY TIME FOR YOU, Mii, EVERYBODY

Social Gaming Leaps Off the Screen and Into Players’ Homes with Wii Party

Grab your Mii and your Wii Remote and call your friends and family – party time is here as Nintendo launches the fun packed Wii Party on Wii across Europe this Friday 8th October.

Playing with up to four Wii Remotes, Wii Party brings more than 80 inventive and wild mini-games into your home and features your very own personalised Mii Character at the heart of the action like never before. Over 180 million Mii characters have been created across 6 pan-European countries and the U.S since they launched in 2006 and now you can see yourself compete and co-operate in 13 different game modes. And for the first time, there’s some hilarious action away from the television screen itself as the House Party mode turns your living room into a pivotal part of the game play turning any social gathering into a laugh-filled celebration.

For example, the Hide ‘n’ Hunt game will have you rummaging through cupboards and peering under the sofa as you desperately search for the hidden Wii Remote before time runs out. You’ll hear the occasional sound from the Wii Remote to give you a helpful clue as to its whereabouts.

Alternatively, tackle the Time Bomb game and see if you can keep a steady hand as you pass a ticking Wii Remote between friends. Careful though – one wrong move and your chances of winning will be up in smoke!

On top of the new level of interactivity introduced by House Party, Wii Party also includes Pair Games and Party Games modes – both of which keep the varied challenges coming thick and fast as you co-operate or compete with fellow players.

There’s something for everyone in Wii Party on Wii – and each copy comes with a white Wii Remote included in the bundle. You’ve been invited on 8th October – so let’s party!
