Dragalia Lost

Events such as a double drops event for Advanced Dragon Trials started Oct. 5, 11 PM PT. This is a great time for players to get the materials needed from these quests. Additionally, a 2nd Anniversary survey is now out to get feedback on how players feel about Dragalia Lost. Select feedback will be summarized and posted to the official website along with responses from Director Okada. You can access the survey here.

Universal Studios Japan has announced that Super Nintendo World aims to be open to the public in Spring 2021. With the threat of COVID-19 still looming, the park has taken the health and safety of its employees and visitors very seriously, with strict hygiene measures in place to ensure enjoyment and mitigate fears of contracting the virus.

A café area outside the main Super Nintendo World area will be open as of October 16th, with food and drinks themed after both Mario and Luigi. In addition, a merchandise store area will be available with items that can only be found at Super Nintendo World, including a lineup of items featuring a “Whose Cap?” design. This shop can be found in the Hollywood Boulevard area of the park, so visitors can experience it despite the main attractions not being finished yet.

Super Nintendo World will initially debut in Japan. However, it will open at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Singapore later on.  Check the gallery below to see a mock-up of the planned layout for shops as well as items to be available for sale:

Dragalia Lost’s previous Twitter campaign has been a success, with players exceeding the required goals for max rewards. You can take a look at the announcements from the Dragalia Lost team regarding current events here:

  • Thanks to your support, we exceeded 30,000 retweets between the Japanese and English Twitter accounts, so we will send gifts including 1,200 wyrmite and one champion’s testament to all players!
  • A new difficulty level, Ciella’s Wrath: Master, will be added to The Agito Uprising on Oct. 8, 11 PM PT!
  • Finish episode 9 of the Forgotten Truths raid event to unlock The War of Binding’s Climax, a quest with fixed parameters. This quest allows you to experience the showdown with Morsayati, regardless of your team’s might!

If you’ve been a longtime collector that never dabbled in playing the game, or are a prospective newcomer, a new video has been released to ease you in to the longstanding Pokemon TCG. The new tutorial goes through the basics of gameplay, including explanations for game mechanics from deck counts, prizes, and basic turn order to more complex play like using GX cards. Witch Spring 3 Re:Fine -The Story of the Marionette Witch Eirudy is seeing a two week delay for its release. Originally striving for a December 3 launch, this enhanced port seems to need a little bit more time. It’s releasing worldwide for 2,980 yen digitally and a physical release will also be available in Japan for 3,980 yen (included with an artbook and CD). The game was first a 2017 iOS and Android game simply titled, “Witch Spring 3” and it is described as a “witch raising RPG.”

Players are now able to challenge the mighty Morsayati via the Forgotten Truths raid event in Dragalia Lost. With access to a quest skill, they can use that ability to their advantage to overcome this new foe. Additionally, the newest Gala Dragalia is now live, featuring 5★ adventurer Gala Zena. On October 14th, Square Enix will be releasing the 1.1.0 update for Trials of Mana. The update adds the “No Future” and “Very Hard” difficulty settings plus additional content, and clearing the game on the “No Future” difficulty setting will reward the player with the “Rabite Slippers” as featured above. You can take a look at the update’s patch notes, which adds various quality of life improvements, as rounded up by Gematsu after the break:

D3 Publisher has been hard at work bringing games to the Nintendo Switch. This time, they’re at it again alongside developer Intense to bring an enhanced version of the February 2010-released PSP suspense adventure game Misshitsu no Sacrifice. The new title is called Sacrifice of the Abyss and will arrive on December 17 with support for English, Japanese, and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) language options. The game will launch at retail for 4,800 yen and digitally for 3,990. Take a look after the break for an over view as found by Gematsu, along with a trailer:
