Capcom has been teasing their fans for the past couple of days, releasing hints here and there regarding their secret E3 game. The company is at it once again today and has dropped off another hint.

“K, ‘nother hint: this franchise has never appeared on this hardware.”

That small blurb was released on Capcom’s official twitter page. Recently, people began to predict that the company’s title would be Monster Hunter 3. Technically, it’s still possible that the game is indeed Monster Hunter 3…But that depends on how you look at the statement above. I suppose we’ll have to wait until E3 to find out for sure.


Activision to showcase several of the most anticipated games of the year at E3

Santa Monica, CA – May 27, 2009 – Activision Publishing, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) will debut a robust slate of new titles based on some of the largest video game franchises at the 2009 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 Expo) taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center on June 2 – 4, 2009.

EA announces E3 2009 lineup

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 27, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) today revealed the games it will present at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) June 2 – 4. The year’s lineup features blockbuster franchises, new intellectual property as well as ten titles for the Wii.

“This year at E3, we have an incredible slate of games for the Nintendo Wii, PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and mobile devices,” said EA’s CEO John Riccitiello. “Our creative teams are developing some of the most innovative experiences on any platform. We couldn’t be more proud of the games we’re presenting this year.”

LONDON, UK – May 27, 2009 – Today Ubisoft® announced that it is collaborating again with Olympic Gold Medalist Shaun White in Shaun White Snowboarding: World Stage. Developed by Ubisoft Montréal, the game will be available exclusively for the Wii™ system from Nintendo and will be on store shelves holiday 2009.
