BoxBoxBoy! pre-load can now be pre-loaded in North America, site open

BoxBoxBoy! can now be pre-loaded in North America. Like with other games that have had the same option, you can download most of the data now, with only a small update needed at launch. Note that it’s 724 blocks / 90.5MB.
