New Super Mario Bros. Wii won’t be out in stores for a few days, but the game’s final boss has been revealed. Note that in the video, it’s a fight featuring the Super Guide. This is what Level-5 President Akihiro Hino had to say in regards to seeing Hershel or Luke in a Smash Bros. or Mario Kart game…

“That would certainly be a wonderful opportunity!”

I’m not so sure about Mario Kart, but Professor Layton in Smash Bros. could be a neat appearance. And don’t forget about Travis from No More Heroes! Suda said a few months back that he’d be interested in seeing him in there.
