ABC has published a series of interviews with Shigeru Miyamoto, but this may be one of the most interesting discussions we’ve seen over the past few weeks. Miyamoto talked about Ghostbusters (he’s a fan, but it didn’t lead to Luigi’s Mansion), how Nintendo decides between putting a game on the 3DS (3D) or Wii U (HD), his secret Facebook page, and the possibility of a theme-park (it could happen one day, maybe).

As always, you can find all of Miyamoto’s responses below.

Shigeru Miyamoto has stopped by the StreetPass Mii Plaza for a visit, complete with a Luigi hat. He’ll give you a puzzle piece and will help out in Find Mii.

Over the next few weeks, Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios will allow fans to vote on Injustice: Gods Among Us characters that would come out on top in a particular fight. Winners will be decided on Friday and new matchups will go live the following Monday. Characters that are victorious will be featured in new gameplay videos.

This week’s matchups are Batman vs. The Flash and Superman vs. Green Lantern. You can vote here.

Along with today’s gameplay unveiling for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Ubisoft has announced a special edition for North America.

Consumers can now pre-order the “Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag GameStop Edition” which comes with the exclusive in-game content known as “The Black Island Pack”. As the name implies, it can only be found at GameStop.

We’ve personally confirmed with Ubisoft that the GameStop Edition will be available for Wii U. That makes this product one of the first special/collector’s editions for the console.

The Black Island Pack includes:

• The dark and dangerous treasure-hunting quest: Black Island.
• The deadly Black Ship.
• Legendary silver flintlock pistols used by Captain Morgan.
• Valuable multiplayer items including Captain Morgan’s costume, picture, and title.

And here’s a description of the content straight from Ubisoft:

“In Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag’s The Black Island Pack, Captain Morgan’s favorite ship sank off the coast with a full load of legendary sailing equipment. Explore the Black Island and retrieve sought-after treasure to aid you on your adventures.”

Those who pre-order Assassin’s Creed IV from GameStop will also receive a double-sided poster featuring the Bloody Seas Treasure Map and original artwork made by Todd McFarlane. A shot of the poster is posted below:
