In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top 15 European eShop downloads for March 2019.

Final Fantasy VII, appearing on a Nintendo system for the first time, tops the list. Baba Is You also comes out strong at #2.

Headup Games is celebrating April Fools’ Day with a bit of an odd Switch eShop title. Safety First!, available now, “is a twin stick physics puzzler in which you have to fix broken electric wires using your Magical Yellow Repair Liquid (MYRL).” As shown in the image above, it’s not something that should be taken overly seriously.
