AEW: Fight Forever gains Stadium Stampede mode

Starting today, AEW: Fight Forever players can access a new Stadium Stampede mode as part of the game’s latest update.
The mode pits 30 wrestlers against one another inside a football stadium with “never before seen weapons and the ability to ride horses and drive golf carts and other vehicles.” It is free to everyone who own the actual game.

Samba de Amigo: Party Central DLC roadmap revealed

Original (8/8): Today, SEGA announced the first details of the paid post-launch DLC for Samba de Amigo: Party Central. New content will be rolling out starting on launch day.
Eight different packs are planned in total. A few different music tracks will be released in each one, and thus far SEGA has provided a rundown on the first three waves.

No Man’s Sky “Echoes” update announced

No Man’s Sky has revealed its next major update, which will be dubbed “Echoes”. Version 4.4 goes live on Switch today.
The update features a secret society of robotic aliens and players can explore the mysteries of the Autophage, perform their rituals, learn their language, and assemble their own ceremonial staff.

GameDriver, known for its automated testing solution for gaming and XR experiences, announced today that it is now a middleware tools provider available for Switch. Developers for the console can now easily access the company’s automated testing solutions “to optimize their game development and quality assurance processes.”

Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate just came to Switch digitally, but a physical release has now been announced. Red Art Games will be in charge of distribution.
Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate, a chess-strategy roguelike hybrid, will have a standard version and Deluxe Edition. The latter, exclusive to the Red Art Games online store and limited to 300 copies, will feature a wraparound box sleeve with alternate cover art as well as a keychain.

Edia is continuing on with its Switch collections, and today announced Cosmic Fantasy Collection 2 for the platform. It will launch after December 2023 in Japan, with more specific timing to follow.
This news follows the original Cosmic Fantasy Collection. It was announced for Switch in Japan last September and released in December.

Denuvo now registered as authorized Switch middleware

Denuvo, which is associated with security for video games, is now offering its protection technologies through the Nintendo Developer Portal (NDP) as authorized Switch middleware.
This is apparently the first security partner on the portal, and developers can access the official Nintendo Switch Emulator Protection now. Denovo says it’s “a revolutionary technology to protect games launching on Nintendo Switch from piracy.”
