Best Buy lists a February 8 release date for Super Meat Boy.

Thanks to Lucas for the tip.

Travis Strikes Again is set in the No More Heroes universe, but it’s not the typical style of gameplay that fans are accustomed to. However, we know how important it is due to director Suda51 previously mentioning that it would be connected to a possible No More Heroes 3. And if all goes well, Travis Strikes Again could create a series of its own.

Suda51 spoke about that and more in an interview with Feed4gamers. Aside from discussing the future of Travis Strikes Again, he expressed interest in putting out “as many ports as possible” for his previous games and also indicated that a Killer7 sequel is unlikely to happen since a continuation is unnecessary.

Super Rare Games has opened pre-orders for the physical version of The Adventure Pals. You can reserve a copy here.

Orders will begin to go out on January 17. Only 4,000 copies will be produced worldwide.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

Bandai Namco issued a new Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition trailer to highlight the RPG’s Japanese release. View it below.

For the original Splatoon, one of the Splatfests Nintendo ran was Boke vs. Tsukkomi. It was a Japanese-only event featuring the manzai style of comedy – funny man and straight man.

It’s now been revealed that the same Splatfest is returning for Splatoon 2. Nintendo should be making it official soon, but we’re hearing that Boke vs. Tsukkomi will be held during the first weekend of February. Again, it will likely be for Japanese players only.
