Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission

The latest issue of V-Jump has an update on Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission. This time around, we have news about online play.

Two online versus modes are included in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission. In Regular Versus, you can go up against players close to your skill. There’s also Ranked Versus, which has a ranking system and rules that change every two hours.

V-Jump also confirms an offline local versus mode that lets you connect with two or more Switch consoles. Additionally, the magazine reveals an early-purchase bonus of Son Goku Xeno, Vegeta Xeno, Jiren, and ??? (mystery character) avatar cards plus an early-unlock of three powerful UR cards.

Original: Earlier today, Nintendo announced several milestones for Switch in the United States. As part of this, we learned that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the fastest-selling Switch game of all time and fastest-selling game in the series.

Nintendo has followed up with some news for Europe as well. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has become the fastest-selling Nintendo home console game of all time in the region, the company has announced.

Specific sales data for Smash Bros. Ultimate in Europe has not yet been provided.

Constructor Plus was announced for Switch close to two years ago, but still hasn’t seen a release. That’ll finally be changing next month.

System 3 announced today that Constructor Plus is launching on January 4. The city-building game features new modes, worlds and Undesirables.

Team17’s and Unicube’s survival sim Sheltered is out today on the Switch eShop. Nintendo published a launch trailer for the game today, giving an overview of the gameplay as well as the additional content found in the Switch version:

The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy! is set to be released in Japan on March 20, 2019. The remake of 2008’s Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo’s Dungeon was previously announced for a Western release of “Winter 2018”, so it seems likely that the Western versions of the game will also be pushed back slightly.

The magazine also revealed one new job class for your chocobo: Alpha, the chocobo from Final Fantasy XIV.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Nintendo just sent out a press release detailing some of their recent software and hardware sales in the US. Specifically, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has managed to sell 3 million copies in 11 days, making it both the fastest-selling Switch game as well as the fastest-selling Smash Bros. game. Also, as of November 2018, the Switch itself is it 8.7 million units sold, which is more than any other current-generation console managed at this point in its life cycle.

As a brief development update, developer Success Corporation has confirmed that work on Umihara Kawase Fresh! is now 60 to 70 percent complete.

Although a delay was announced for the game yesterday, Nippon Ichi has still supplied a new promotional trailer for their upcoming title Destiny Connect.

The footage appears to give players an additional look at the style and design of the game, as well as an early look at gameplay. Check out the footage below.
