Fire Emblem Heroes update out now (version 4.6.0) – full details, Book IV – Realm of Nightmares movie

Fire Emblem Heroes has been updated, bringing the game to version 4.6.0. Highlight include Book IV of the main story continuing into its second half, plus new weapon skills for Draug, Donnel, and Clarisse. Of course, there’s more beyond this.
Here’s a complete rundown of the update:
■ The lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals has been updated
With the release of Ver. 4.6.0, players may now obtain Divine Codes (Ephemera 6 ) from events and exchange them for an updated lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals using the Compile Combat Manual feature.
Divine Codes (Ephemera 6) may be exchanged for the following Combat Manuals:

・ The Combat Manuals added in this update may be compiled until 7/27/2020 11:59 p.m.(PT)
・ Divine Codes (Ephemera 5) may be obtained from events that begin after the release of Ver. 4.6.0, while Divine Codes (Ephemera 5) may continue to be obtained from events that began before the release of Ver. 4.6.0.■ New weapon skills and weapons to refine have been added
The following Heroes can learn these new character-specific weapon skills at 5★:
Stalwart Sword
Hero who can learn this skill: Draug: Gentle GiantHewn Lance

Hero who can learn this skill: Clarisse: Sniper in the Dark・ The weapons above can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery after they have been obtained.
・ To learn weapon skills, tap Allies, then Ally Growth, and then Learn Skills.
・ Clarisse: Sniper in the Dark is available to summon using Heroic Grails.The following weapon can be upgraded or gain additional special effects by using Arena Medals and Divine Dew:
Dark Greatsword
Hero who can learn this skill: Siegbert: Future KingNote: To access the Weapon Refinery, you must clear Book I, Chapter 13 in the main story and then clear the second Intermission map, The Rite of Blades.
■ Aether Raids and Aether Resort have been updated
○ Some structures have had their level cap increased.
・ Healing Tower (O/D): up to level 7○ Aether Resort has been updated.
・ Three new songs have been added to the Concert Hall: “The Ark of Dawn (Classic)” from the Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia game, “At Peace” from the Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn game, and “Going My Way” from the Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade game.■ Mjölnir’s Strike has been updated
○ Some mechanisms have had their level cap increased.
・ Heroic Banner: up to level 4■ Additional Heroes via Heroic Grails

〇This update addresses an issue with the Suspend feature in Arena Assault that may cause points to not be properly reflected to scores in Forging Bonds and Tempest Trials+ events after they have started.With the Ver. 4.6.0 update, players can make use of the Suspend feature without affecting their scores in Forging Bonds and Tempest Trials+ events.

The correct interaction is for skills that have the “grants bonus to unit’s Atk = total penalties on foe during combat” effect to not grant this bonus from penalties neutralized by skills that have the “neutralizes unit’s penalties” effect.
The following skills with the “neutralizes unit’s penalties” effect are affected:
・Carrot Cudgel, Carrot Cudgel+
・Gilt Fork, Gilt Fork+
・Eagle’s Egg
・Atk/Res Bond 4
・Atk/Spd Bond 4The following skills with the “grants bonus to unit’s Atk = total penalties on foe during combat” effect are affected:
・Blizzard

・Refined Spy’s Dagger
・Refined Blue-Crow Tome
