Yooo, I'm rising from the grave (how timely) to share news about the NX (y'all probably know about this now). Finally, they will reveal what the system is. For a moment there, I thought NX was nothing but a dream.

Will it still launch in March 2017...? I just kinda doubt it, showing it off just 6 months in advance is such a short time. I think they might move it to Holidays 2017.

EDIT: Oh Emily Rogers says it's still on track for March. I guess it's possible...

I'm watching it live right after work. So excited to actually see it. I've been holding off on buying any VR related since I wanted to see Nintendo's next system first. Either way, I'm hoping we see more footage of Zelda and possibly new unannounced games.

Nintendo Switch! I'm onboard! Digging it. New Mario, yay! Not sure about analogue control, though

I'm in too! Can't wait to get one. I'm officially retiring the Wii U. I thought Zelda looked great until I saw the Mario footage. Shit looks like a Pixar movie.

So thinking about it further, 3rd party support is probably again doomed with this. Yes Skyrim is cool but it's also a game that runs on the PS360. I seriously doubt any PS4/Xbone game is gonna run on this, leaving us stuck in the exact same place we were with Wii U when it comes to third party.

But hey, twice the Nintendo games on one console! Sweet.

I think it will still get some support. I think it was the remastered version f Skyrim that was shown which is known to have improved visuals from the ps360 game. Epic has also confirmed that Unreal Engine 4 is supported by Switch, so that's one mainstream engine that we can expect to see from the system in the future.

Also, like ehead said, that might be the PS4/XBONE Skyrim remake. If so, pretty good news.

I mean, Im still going to buy it, Zelda and all, Im just somehow worried.

If it's region-free and launches with Splatoon, a new 3D Mario or Breath of the Wild I'll probably pick one up on day one. I definitely miss D-Pads, though.

There are rumors about the thing being region-free. So take that with a large spoonful of salt. I really hope they'd do it though since they've partnering with DeNA and all.

The Pro controller looks great and I love the translucent plate - so old school. As for the d-pad, yeah, it is kinda sad. I don't want to bring a separate controller whenever I'm outside. The system is very ideal for 2d games on-the-go.

As for the power, I already have a strong enough pc to handle multiplat games. I haven't actually bought anything new for my ps4 just because of this. I'm hoping that since they're adopting an Nvidia chipset, streaming games from my pc would be possible. I hear the Nvidia Shield streaming is actually great.
