Harvest Moon: Light of Hope Q&A #2 – out at the end of winter, physical release confirmed, more

Natsume published the first Q&A for Harvest Moon: Light of Hope last week. Yesterday, a new wave of fan questions were answered.

The Q&A confirms some interesting information, including news about the game’s release. Development is said to be “moving along very well,” and it’s scheduled for the end of this winter. A physical version is also officially confirmed.

QUESTION: Will there be any festivals in HM light of Hope?

Yes! In fact, one of the festivals is something that many players have been suggesting for a long time!

QUESTION: Will there be any new livestock introduced in Light of Hope?

Yup. There’s a Silky Donkey that produces very rare fur that you’ll be able to buy once you meet certain conditions!

QUESTION: When will Harvest Moon: Light of Hope be released?

Development on Light of Hope is moving along very well. We are on track for a release at the end of Winter. We are excited to reveal that the PC version is actually ahead of schedule! Could this mean an early release date for the PC version? We’re not sure yet, but the fans will be the first to know – stay tuned!

QUESTION: Will there be a physical release?

The PS4 and Switch versions will have physical and digital releases, while the PC release will be digital via Steam.
