The last round of Professor Willow’s Global Challenge is happening this weekend during the Safari Zone event in Yokosuka, Japan. If everything is completed, Moltres Day will take place on September 8. Moltres will come with the move Sky Attack. Additionally, players will have an opportunity to encounter a shiny version in Raid Battles. Challenge requirements planned here. Source
