Arc System Works recently founded a North American division. Called Arc System Works America, they will handle publishing and localization of Arc System Works titles in North America. The first of these for the Switch will be the recently revealed fighting game BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle. The game will be released sometime next year. Source
