Nintendo now going after Fire Emblem Heroes cheaters

Nintendo has started to take action against those who have been using Fire Emblem Heroes inappropriately. Countermeasures are now in place to put any and all end to cheating.

Nintendo may temporarily limit access to certain features. Additionally, players are warned that they could be banned from using the app entirely. This would result in losing all save data, including orbs.

The full notice from Nintendo is as follows:

Thank you for playing Fire Emblem Heroes.

Since the release of the game, we’ve detected improper use from some players. Countermeasures, including temporarily limiting access to certain game features, have been employed to address this.

However, for the enjoyment of everyone playing the game by the terms of the User Agreement, players that use the app improperly may be banned from using the app and lose access to all their save data, including orbs.

We ask all our players to abide by the User Agreement, including the Code of Conduct, as they continue to enjoy Fire Emblem Heroes.
