Nintendo delivered an unexpected surprise today. Earlier today, the company announced that the Wii U’s Nintendo TVii application would not be ready for the console’s launch. The new plan is to have it ready to go in December.

Nintendo assures consumers that the app will be released as soon as possible next month.
