Following several leaks, Niantic has officially confirmed what’s planned for Pokemon GO to celebrate Halloween.

Sableye, Banette, and a few other Ghost-type Pokemon originally discovered in the Hoenn region will be appearing for the first time ever in Pokemon GO. Additionally, the rest of the Pokemon that were from Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire will appear as early as December.

That’s not all for Pokemon GO. A special Pikachu will be showing up in a new costume. You’ll be able to dress your avatar for the occasion as well by wearing Mimikyu’s Disguise Hat.

In other news, candy rewards from catching, hatching, and transferring Pokemon will be doubled, and your buddy will find Candy twice as fast during the Halloween celebration. Finally, special boxes will be appearing in the in-game shop, featuring items such as Raid Passes and Super Incubators.

The Pokemon GO Halloween event begins on October 20 at 12:00 PM PT. It’ll end on November 2 at 1 PM PT.
